In the webcam application, change the output video to "Snap Camera"
If you do not see the OPIE Face Filter in the webcam application, check the Snap camera settings by clicking on the Gear icon in the top right of Snap Camera, and select the correct webcam to use. You may need to restart your computer or unplug and re-insert the camera USB cable if it is not loading.
